Guillermo has worked for public and private organizations. At present, he works as a Career Professor in the Computer Department of the Engineering Faculty of the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Previously, he worked as a researcher at Cátedras CONACYT (2014-2019), commissioner to the Universidad Veracruzana. He has also worked at Petrosoft and Saitosoft in developments for the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH), Metropolitan Gas, and the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN), Mexico.
